BE THE ANSWER, NOT A LINK
GEO
When someone asks an assistant which tool, supplier or provider to use, they get an answer — not ten links. Either your brand is named in that answer or it does not exist for that query.
GEO is the work of becoming the source those systems reach for. It is not a rebranded blog service. It means understanding how each model retrieves and grounds its answers, then making your brand the most retrievable, most quotable, most corroborated option in your category.
The work
What this actually involves.
Visibility baseline
We run your real buying questions across the major assistants and record what comes back — who gets named, in what order, with what framing, and which sources the answer is grounded in. That becomes the baseline every later decision is measured against.
Citation gap analysis
When a competitor is named instead of you, there is a reason: a comparison page, a review roundup, a forum thread, a data table, a Wikipedia entry. We trace the actual sources behind the answers and identify which ones are winnable.
Retrievability engineering
Content restructured for extraction rather than scanning — direct answers near the top, claims that survive being quoted out of context, tables and definitions models can lift cleanly, and schema that resolves your entity without ambiguity.
Entity and corroboration work
Models trust what multiple independent sources agree on. We align how your brand is described across your own site, structured data, third-party profiles, and the publications and communities that already inform answers in your category.
Ongoing monitoring
Assistant answers drift as models are updated and retrained. We re-run your question set on a set cadence so you can see citation share move, catch regressions, and respond to what changed.

Questions
GEO FAQ
01How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO earns a position in a list of results. GEO earns a mention inside a generated answer. The underlying signals overlap heavily — crawlability, authority, clear structure — but the target differs: assistants extract and synthesise rather than rank, so content has to survive being quoted in isolation, and corroboration across independent sources matters more than it does for a blue link.
02Which assistants do you optimise for?
ChatGPT, Google Gemini and AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity, and Copilot. The retrieval mechanics differ between them — some lean on live search, some on training data, some on both — so the work is not identical across all five, and we report on them separately.
03Can you guarantee my brand gets cited?
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Nobody controls model output. What we control is whether your brand is retrievable, correctly described, and corroborated by the sources these systems actually draw on — and we report on citation share so you can see whether that work is moving the number.
04How long before we see movement?
It depends on how much of the groundwork already exists. Sites with real authority and a content base can see changes within a couple of monitoring cycles; a brand starting from no third-party presence is a longer build. We set expectations against your baseline, not a generic timeline.
