Plans

Three ways to work together.

The plans differ on one thing: who implements. Everything upstream of that — the diagnosis, the strategy, the priorities — is identical, because a cheaper plan with a shallower diagnosis just means being confidently wrong for less money.

No lock-in

Month to month. Stay because it works.

Add-ons

Bolt on
what you need.

These sit on top of any plan. Most are one-off pieces of work with their own scope, rather than something you pay for every month whether you use it or not.

Web design & build

A new site, structured and built to be found from the first wireframe.

Site migration

Baseline, redirect mapping, staging QA and launch monitoring.

Penalty recovery

Diagnosis and staged remediation after an update or manual action.

Programmatic SEO

Template-generated page sets with enforced quality thresholds.

Paid & AI placements

Search, social and assistant ad surfaces, run alongside organic.

International & hreflang

Multi-market targeting without the duplicate-content trap.

Questions

On pricing.

01Why are there no prices on the page?

Because a number here would be a guess at your situation. Scope depends on the size of the site, the state it is in and how much of the work your team can absorb — and we do not know any of that until the baseline is done. You get a fixed figure after the diagnosis, before any commitment.

02What actually separates the three plans?

Who does the work. Every plan includes the same diagnosis and the same strategy, because a half-diagnosis is worthless. Foundation hands you the plan. Consultancy keeps us involved to brief, review and measure while your team executes. Full Hands-On means we implement.

03Can we move between plans?

Yes, and most clients do. A common path is Foundation to understand the problem, then Full Hands-On for two or three quarters of heavy lifting, then Consultancy once your team can maintain it. Moving down is a good outcome, not a lost account.

04Is there a minimum term?

No. Retainers are month to month. We ask for two or three quarters of intent because organic returns are back-loaded and stopping at month two wastes the work — but that is a recommendation, not a clause you sign.

05What if we only need one thing?

Then take it as an add-on rather than a plan. A migration, a penalty recovery or a site build can all be scoped as standalone work without a retainer attached.
