About

We sell judgement, not deliverable counts.

Search agencies mostly compete on volume: more posts, more links, more pages in the report. That is easy to price and easy to compare, which is exactly why it is what gets sold.

It is also why so much of it does not work. The output was never the constraint — knowing which output was worth producing was.

What we believe

Five positions we actually hold.

These are the things that most often come up as disagreements with a prospective client. Better to have them here than three months in.

01
Judgement is the product
Audits, briefs and reports are the artefacts. What you are actually paying for is the decision about what to do next and what to leave alone — and that is the part that is hard to buy cheaply.
02
Diagnosis before prescription
Most underperforming SEO engagements start with a package of deliverables and work backwards to a rationale. We would rather spend the first weeks establishing what is actually wrong, even when that produces a smaller proposal.
03
Measured against revenue
Rankings and citations are instruments, not outcomes. If a number is going up and nothing downstream is moving, we would rather raise that than put it in a slide.
04
Search and AI are one problem
Running organic search and AI visibility as separate projects duplicates work and produces contradictory recommendations. The underlying signals converged; the programme should too.
05
We will tell you when to stop
Some sites do not need an agency, some drops are not recoverable, and some categories are not economical to win organically. Saying so costs us a retainer and saves you a year.

Working with us

What the first
month looks like.

  1. Week 1

A call, access to your analytics and Search Console, and a look at the site. No proposal yet — we do not know enough to write one that is worth anything.

  2. Weeks 2–3

Baseline and diagnosis. Technical crawl, content and authority assessment, and an AI visibility run across your real buying questions.

  3. Week 4

Findings, a prioritised plan with the reasoning attached, and a scope. If the honest recommendation is a smaller engagement than you expected, that is what you get.
